This is a retro-style wax seal stamp set to use as an envelope wax or for other festive occasions. The set contains all the tools you need to use to make stamps.

How to use it?
Step 1 Heat the wax particles in a wax seal spoon, as long as the candle flame does not touch the bottom of the spoon.
Step 2 Pour the wax liquid on the items that need to be stamped, such as envelopes, wallets, or gifts
Step 3 Put the stamp on the wax liquid, do not shake it.
Step 4 Wait for 10s, the wax can be removed gently after it dries.

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@snefe.cc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns

Customer change purchase intention request return or refund problem
If already shipped, please make sure to contact us for a return and refund within 14 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for the logistics costs of shipping and returning goods

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
